- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation. If it's correct:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery or check if a postcard was left by your local post office.
- Check the delivery area for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Check your mailbox or any other areas where you typically receive mail, as some packages may go through multiple carriers.
- Inspect locations like your porch, garage, or exterior doors, especially areas that are out of view from the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
- Check with your building’s front desk, reception, or receiving area.
- Wait up to five business days, as in rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
- If you still haven't received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
