- If you haven't received a tracking number yet, please reach out to us through our Contact Form page so we can check with our Fulfillment Center to see if a modification is still possible. We will provide an update within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the status of the modification.
The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- If the status of the shipment is “Label Created” only or “The shipment notification has been sent” only, please send us a message through our Contact Form page so we can ask our Fulfillment Center if modification is still possible. We will update you within 24 to 48 business hours if the modification was successful.
- We kindly ask for your understanding that once the shipment status has changed from "Label Created" or "Shipment Notification Sent," we can no longer guarantee that we can retract the parcel, as it has already left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you and explore any possible solutions.
